Life Coaching Tools – Ecourses and eBooks

[ad_1]

Keeping a full schedule of coaching clients is great but how do you increase your income once your schedule is full? There are only twenty four hours in one day so seeing more clients is not an option. Raising your rates is a possibility but there must be a way to increase revenue without increasing your workload dramatically.

Creating coaching products is the answer. When you have product available you can earn additional revenue with little continuing effort after the product is developed. You can also reach many people at once rather than just one person at a time. There are several ways to create coaching information products so lets take a look at two.

Ecourse

An eCourse is a course that is delivered over time to an individual. It can be the same content as the special report but it will be broken up into logical segments and delivered on a scheduled basis daily, weekly, or monthly. You can deliver the content through autoresponders or through PDF. I like to deliver eCourses through autoresponders so that once I set the course up it is done forever.

Ecourses can be written word or the can include audio recording or videos. I usually make my ecourses written word delivered by autoresponder and I include audio in my higher priced courses.

In general ecourses are priced around ten to fifteen dollars per segment. Often eCourses are used as an opt-in bribe and are give away in exchange for name and email address.

eBooks

eBooks are a very popular and low cost way to deliver information. They are generally priced between ten and fifty dollars and are delivered through PDF. eBooks can be a low priced entry level product or given as an incentive for potential coaching clients to give you their contact information on an opt-in page.

You can easily create an eBook by combining several articles or special reports related to the same topic. Writing articles should be a regular part of your marketing strategy so you should have plenty of articles that you can tie together for an eBook.

eBooks are usually under one hundred pages and are written at a ninth grade reading level. eBooks are a low barrier entry product to get people into your marketing funnel. The idea is once they read your eBook that they will want more information on your subject and will want to learn at a more advanced level.

You can bring people into your marketing funnel by offering lower priced items then offering one on one or group coaching opportunities.
