HOW TO PERFORM AN ENEMA

All you will need is: –

an enema bag (obtainable from any pharmacy or on the internet)

Some natural lubricant (olive oil or KY jelly)

2 liters of distilled water or cooled down boiled
water (2 cups for first timers)

Establish where you will be most comfortable such as your bed or on a towel on the bathroom floor. Most people find their bed to be the most comfortable. Do not worry about messing or spilling out on your bed as you will be able to hold onto the water until you get to the bathroom. Just make sure it is nearby and that no-one else is using it at that critical time.

You will need to hang the enema about four feet above your bed which should be the right height to allow the water to flow uninterrupted. Put a hook or small screw into the wall to hold the enem bag.

The enema bag has a little on / off switch to allow you to turn the water flow on and off at will. Ensure that this tap is on when you are pouring the water in the bag.

You simply lubricate the tip of the tube and your anus which will allow for easy insertion. Make sure you are not tense or tightening the anus muscles or it will never go it. Insert it about two inches deep, turn on the tap and just relax.

Lie down on a towel on your side, take a deep breath and relax. It gets easier as you become accustomed to it. The water should be lukewarm and comfortable.

Allow as much water in as possible, though if it is your first time doing this, your body may only take about 1-2 cups before it's ready to release it.

Lie flat on your back and gently, but firmly massage the abdominal area. This will help loosen all hardened affected matter. Hold the water in for about 15-20 minutes while massaging, or if your hands get a bit tired of massaging, just relax, read a book or listen to some music.

The longer the water stays in the colon, the better it does its job.

Some or all of the water may be retained, but do not be alarmed as this is a good thing. The hard encrusted debris is just soaking up the water, softening it and getting it ready for expulsion.

Some of you may experience cramp while evacuating but this is normal as the water makes its way pass the implication clearing it's path.

Enemas have been used since the beginning of time and has been proven to be extremely effective therapeuticly. So go ahead, give it a try.

If you learn how to cleanse the body of all waste matter and toxins then you stand a better chance of substantially improving your health.
